Our Mission
Inter-Tribal Court of Appeals of Nevada
The mission of the Inter Tribal Court of Nevada is to review cases on appeal from the Tribal Courts and to resolve disputed issues in accordance with the Traditional Indian values, including justice and fairness. The Court applies the laws of the Tribes and the United States and is committed to issuing clear, understandable written opinions and orders to assure the protection of the rights of all who come before the Tribal Courts.
